Sonic the Hedgehog 2 review
December 22nd 2010 00:00
The sequel was on the Sega Genesis to the popular Sonic franchise and even further, keeping it in the classic mode. It is a classic that can be found in multiple gaming systems. The only question about it would be if it did live up to the hype for Sonic games and continued to make the series grow.
I wrote a review on the game and still stand by the comments. It's an enjoyable game and would be worth playing. The story is simple and it isn't one that would be requiring an extensive amount of detail to get the point across. If anything, it would have to be the exact opposite.
It's a classic game and may be a bit hard to find in stores everywhere by itself. However, there are options like compilations and even downloading on the Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii for example. It's one of the best games made for the Genesis.
If you're into Sonic games as the review says, then be sure to take a look at it.
