Mega Man Zero games review

September 1st 2010 16:56
I will get to the other ones after this review of the Mega Man Zero games. There is the collection but the focus should be on each of the games respectively. This was something that would be different from the other games. Unlike the X and Classic series, you don't gain weapons. Its style of game play is different in that it would be somewhat of an adventure but not all the missions are available right off the bat. There is that element but it is different in how it is presented.

Mega Man 10 Review

August 16th 2010 05:30
Mega Man 10 is the latest one to be created when it comes to the thought of the classic series. It is available on all the consoles via download. When playing it, it feels like a Mega Man game. It does have some notable differences in keeping the tradition of having something different with each of the Mega Man games. You can start the game as Proto Man or you can download Bass and play as him. For the 1st time, Bass makes his 8-bit debut to the world.

The story involves Roboenza being the disease and Mega Man has to cure them. Dr. Wily claimed he was innocent and would try to trick everyone. Of course, that's only if involved with the Mega Man and Proto Man story.

Mega Man 10 Thoughts

February 4th 2010 22:33
There seems to be a Mega Man 10 and I must make it short and sweet. I got to looking and thinking about it and it sounds pretty interesting to say the least. I must admit I am looking forward to it after Mega Man 9. It is going to be different for a change and to continue the tradition of how to make each Mega Man game different. It will have Proto Man as a playable character. It could see Bass as a character, which would be great.

It should be interesting if they decide to go the route of leading to the Mega Man X Series. At least, show something about X being developed and also go into some detail about Zero. If nothing else, it would be one that could really be the one that bridges the gap. Unless of course, they have intentions of going to Mega Man 11 and then Mega Man 12. Retro is in place and that's not a bad thing.

Mega Man 9 Review

November 23rd 2008 08:18
This is it and it's time to take a look at Mega Man 9. It is available for download via WiiWare, Xbox Live, and the PlayStation Network. There is no need to worry about not finding it in any stores. Just download it and it will be yours. Try a free version if you really want to see if it is something you're playing.

This is the latest and maybe the last of the Classic Mega Man games ever made. It is in the old style of the NES games of the past. The difficulty is there and has that challenge factor. This one has more than the original ones. You got downloadable content including Hero and Super Hero modes if you wish to make the game much more difficult. There is the ability to play as Proto Man and complete 50 challenges

Mega Man Reviews

September 1st 2008 14:59
Well, I decided to have a bit of a change in plans. Instead of separate blogs for each of the remaining Mega Man games, I've decided to lump them together into one. With Mega Man 9 coming around the corner, it would be best to not waste anymore time. I'm going to divide the blog itself up right here with different reviews.

Mega Man 5 Review

August 28th 2008 17:06
In an attempt to continue with the Mega Man Tradition, I'm going to look at Mega Man 5. Now, this one was different because of introducing beat and of course forming letters to get him. In the Anniversary Collection, instead of the Roman Numeral for five, you find the number at Crystal's Man Stage.

This is a game I know some people either like or hate. I personally enjoyed it and haven't really found too many Mega Man games that I didn't find something about them I liked. It kept the simple game play but added a little bit of a challenge. Rush now basically moves on autopilot depending on the direction you choose to go of course. I never minded that because it's just nothing too major

Mega Man 4 Review

August 25th 2008 17:49
Well, we now move into the 4th Mega Man game that existed on the NES. This one was different in the sense you now gained the ability to have a Mega charge and of course two secret items found in two different stages. Some could say that Mega Man was getting stale but that's a matter of perspective and opinion. It's an acceptable game from the Mega Man series and doesn't do anything to make it feel unworthy of it.

Sure, it was the same style of game play but it works. There's an old saying that says if it ain't broke, don't fix it. The story was simple but with an added twist. Dr. Cossack had to build robots and his daughter was held hostage by Dr. Wily and was forced to work for him. It was all part of Dr. Wily's plan to try to take over the world

Mega Man 3 Review

August 21st 2008 15:58
As I continue this series and it's getting closer to the end, it's time to take a look at Mega Man 3. Now, this time they did not mess up the cover and it was done where it doesn't look very inaccurate. This game was different as it keeps that tradition alive of course. It has to in order to expand and try out some new features.

One noticeable moment was not just sliding but also you gained Rush. Now, Rush is a very handy tool and can help you out of situations that warrant it. You also get introduced to Proto Man, whom actually helps you in training bouts. It's like simulation battle in a sense but it works for this
